Jonata has published articles with Defense & Security Analysis and RUSI Journal on the topic of defense offsets and has presented his research at academic conferences focused on international security and international political economy. He holds two Master’s Degrees, one in International Relations and European Studies (Cesare Alfieri) and one in Intelligence & International Security (King’s College London). Jonata has also worked as journalist and analyst for various companies. Since February 2022, he is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Security Studies, and is currently working on projects ranging from arms collaboration to the influence of radical right parties on foreign and defense policies.
